Q: What's your biggest skin concern?
Bree: I would have to say my biggest skin concern is acne. My skin can be very reactive depending on what I eat and what products I use. Acneic skin can be hard to treat and what I have learned is that consistency is key. A consistent at-home routine along with professional-grade treatments is what works best for me.
Q: What’s your usual skin regimen at home?
Bree: I try to keep my skincare routine very simplistic. I am always using a PIH inhibitor such as cysteamine or hydroquinone. I alternate between the two depending on what time of year it is and what corrective treatments I am receiving. I use a gentle cleanser like the isClinical Cleansing Complex along with my Chloe Facial Brush every day for gentle exfoliation. I use various serums like the Brightening Serum, Brightening Complex, Active Serum, and Pro Heal Serum which contains retinol, salicylic acid, vitamin c, arbutin, & Kojic acid. I love a creamy hydrating moisturizer & the Reparative Moisture Emulsion is my absolute favorite. It leaves your skin so silky and moisturized. I must finish my routine with a bomb-absorbing spf like Extreme Protect Spf 30. It doesn’t leave a white cast on the skin which is an absolute deal breaker for me when it comes to an SPF. For my weekly targeted treatment I exfoliate with the Dirty Diana and apply an active enzyme or light peel like the Active Peel System that will help keep my acne to a minimum If I do get a breakout I immediately apply a Pimple Snatcha. I keep my snatchas with me at all times because breakouts pop up ANYTIME & ANYWHERE. The key to creating the routine for your skin type is studying the products' ingredients and insuring they are targeting your specific skin concerns.
Q: What is the most popular product that your sell?
Bree: The most popular product by far is the Pimple Snatchas. People love them because they help to heal acne breakouts by delivering targeted ingredients with micro-dart technology. The micro-darts delve deep into the acne pustule. This will increase cell turnover which leads to a decreased healing time. Pimple Snatchas are the best seller because they provide an improvement for your breakouts in 8 hours or less.
Q: How long have you been in the skincare industry?
Bree: I have been in the skincare industry since I was in the 5th grade. HAHA. But seriously, I have been a part of the industry since then because that’s when I started to have acne breakouts. I’ve tried it all when it comes to purchasing products. I have shopped at all the drug stores, grocery stores, vegan lines, & everything in between. It wasn’t until I became an esthetician in 2018 that I learned that it is all about the ingredients. I was able to get my hands on quality products that actually worked. I vowed to myself that I would share all the knowledge that I have acquired to help girls & women just like me.
